This past week has been crazy. I think a lot of how busy things got (and still are!) are entirely from the fact that I’m trying so hard to get ahead in at least the readings in my psychology class, and hopefully the economics class as well. My psych textbook has 650+ pages and yes, we are reading all of them. Reading that much while we’re moving is not my idea of a fun time, so I’m trying to get most – if not all – of the readings out of the way before we leave South Carolina. Yep, it’s crazy and surprisingly I’m already pretty far ahead, but I still have a long ways to go. It’s sad because neither of my classes this quarter have that much work or are that hard. But trying to get through as much of the quarter as possible between now and November 13th? Now that’s challenging.
P graduates one month from tomorrow which means that we’ll know where we’re moving to any day now. It seems that all I’ve done the past week is school, think about where we might be moving to, and work on slowly organizing our apartment so when the movers come, it’s all organized so it will be packed together and arrive at our new home grouped together how I want it. One thing I’m incredibly thankful for is that the Navy gives you the option to have someone come in and pack all your stuff at the Navy’s expense, so we don’t actually have to pack anything ourselves. It gives you less control over the whole move but I LOVE knowing I don’t have to pack a single box!
Not much happened last week other than my birthday, but here are some pictures of a few highlights!
